What it does

  • Reads the car from a photo

    Rego, make, model, VIN, build date and paint code, from a photo of the rear and the VIN plate. You check each one before it's saved.

  • Voice estimates

    Walk around the car with the phone in your pocket and describe the damage. QuoteEZ writes the estimate lines.

  • Hail pricing

    Price dents by panel, size and count from your own hail matrix, with your own add-ons and R&R items.

  • Estimate, job, invoice

    One car moves from estimate to job to invoice, with the insurer, claim number and excess kept with it.

  • Email from the app

    Send an estimate or invoice from your own email or from QuoteEZ. The customer gets a link to view it.

  • Payments tracked for you

    Connect your business bank account through open banking, read-only. QuoteEZ matches each payment to its invoice and marks it paid, and sends invoices to Xero or QuickBooks.

  • Loan cars

    Bookings, handover photos, fuel and odometer, and an agreement the driver signs on the phone.

  • Works without signal

    Everything saves on the phone first and sends when the signal is back. On iPhone and Android.

  • One account, any sign-in

    Sign in with Apple on your iPhone, Google on your Android tablet and Microsoft on your computer. It's the same QuoteEZ account, with the same work, on all of them.
